What types of pests do you cover?

We currently cover for household pests such as spiders, ants, centipedes, millipedes, silverfish, crickets, lady bugs, earwigs, millipedes, German roaches, American roaches, wasp, fleas, ticks, brown recluse, black widow, chiggers, mosquitoes, yellowjackets, fire ants, bed bugs, and more!

What do your warranties entail?

Well, it depends on the problem at hand! For example, if you’re under a monthly or bi-monthly pest control treatment, we will come back at no extra charge for the pests under your agreement (ants, household spiders, etc!), but we won’t come back for brown recluse, as these wouldn’t be covered under a general pest control treatment. Additionally, flying pests are more difficult to treat against, because they don’t come into contact with the product as much, so warranties become more of a “reduction program” for things like mosquitoes and wasp. Brown recluse are also a harder insect to treat for, as they live in places that are more difficult to disperse product, and they are more of a reduction program as well.
Alternatively, if you’re just getting a one-time treatment, we offer a 30-day guarantee and will come back if you have issues!

Do you treat for termites?

We are currently working on obtaining our termite license. Our owner had one, but it lapsed while he was being a stay-at-home dad, so we have to reaquire it. We don’t expect this to take long.

What are some things that i can do to aid my services?

Things like keeping the home clean, taking the trash out regularly, cleaning inside of cabinets, making sure there are no open food sources, leaving doors and windows closed, and vacuuming regularly will help keep pests at bay!
